Vaginal Bleeding
Vaginal spotting and bleeding can occur at any stage in pregnancy and has many causes. The blood passing through the vagina almost always comes from the mother. Sometimes bleeding signals that something is wrong, such as a miscarriage or other complication; other times, bleeding can occur but does not indicate a serious problem.
