As trimesters go, the second is relatively boring. In a good way though; there’s no more throwing up and you don’t yet feel like a walking beach ball. But just to make sure you aren’t too bored, nature throws in some curveballs.
For example, pregnancy brain. I don’t remember it happening this early last time, but as “they” all say each pregnancy is different. Basically, pregnancy brain is like having no brain at all. I can’t keep a thought in my head for more than a second. So if I interrupt you while you’re speaking to me, bear with me; if what I have to say doesn’t get said now, it never will. Or maybe it will two weeks later when it’s really not relevant anymore.
